Dole Website Refresh
Biz Challenge: With grocery shopping happening online more and more each year and a fragmented digital presence, Dole was struggling to engage with their audience in the moments that matter.
Audience: From health obsessed to budget conscious moms.
Marketing Objectives: Increase awareness of Dole’s broader product offering beyond pineapples and bananas. (Did you know they sell salads?) And increase conversion at the moments people are compiling shopping lists, recipes and buying at their retailer.
Solution: In addition to creating a dynamic website, I developed a content marketing strategy that drove the blog, fed the social and CRM channels and opened up paid social opportunities.
